We have a total of thirteen properties ranging from two bedroom apartments to five bedroom houses. Two of the properties are in Great Paxton, We have Whitehouse Cottage which is a five bedroom house which can sleep nine/ten and a separate three bedroom cottage sleeping six called Courtyard Cottage.
We have six properties in St Neots. This includes Royce Court a two bedroom apartment sleeping four in Eaton Ford. A three bedroom house sleeping six on the river in St Neots. A ground floor two bedroom apartment on the river sleeping four in St Neots. A two bedroom duplex apartment sleeping four on the river in St Neots. A two bedroom house sleeping four with a garden facing the river in St Neots and a four bedroom 16th Century grade 11 listed former pub sleeping eight in St Neots.
We also have five two bedroom, two bathroom apartments overlooking the river in Little Paxton. Three of these apartments are Penthouse Apartments with two of these being south facing. A ground floor apartment overlooking the river and a second floor apartment overlooking Little Paxton meadow and river. Bookings are for a minimum of two nights and all our properties include parking and Wi-Fi. All bills are included all you need to bring is your clothes and food.

River Terrace - St Neots
River Terrace is situated in a quiet residential area of St Neots just off the Market Square. Sitting comfortably on River’s water’s edge overlooking St Neots Marina and the Riverside Park. Set on the river bank, River Terrace is a peaceful haven away from it all yet within easy reach of the historic town of St Neots. With allocated parking and Virgin Media Broadband.
River Terrace will sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with the living room and kitchen on the upper floor. The main bedroom has a king sized leather bed with bedside cabinets and wardrobe. This room also has the additional benefits of views over the Marina and River Ouse. Bedroom 2 has a double leather beds with bedside cabinets. Bedroom 3 is a double bedded room with bedside cabinet and wardrobe. This room also has views over the Marina and River Ouse. Upstairs is the lounge/dining area with a fantastic walk out balcony sitting over the river. With outside seating and decked balcony it's a wonderful haven to relax and unwind after a hard day with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.
Being in the heart of St Neots you are never too far from a fantastic pub or restaurant. With fantastic walks on your doorstep through old St Neots and Eynesbury to the Riverside Park.
River Terrace comes with allocated parking for two cars, All linen, towels and fibre broadband.

Marina Heights - St Neots
Marina Heights is a two bedroom duplex apartment on the banks of the River Great Ouse in the heart of St Neots. This two bedroom apartment will comfortable sleep 4 in a king bedded room and a double bedded room. The king bedded room comes with the added benefit of a balcony over looking the river and views of St Mary's Church and old St Neots. The apartment was totally renovated in May 2016 The apartment comes with allocated parking for one car. Being in the heart of St Neots the apartment is close to some fantastic restaurants and wonderful walks of St Neots. All linen and towels are included and the apartment has FREE BT Fibre Wifi.
Being in the Heart of St Neots you can park the car and explore on foot around the many wonderful walks, parks and history of St Neots.

Whitehouse Cottage
Whitehouse Cottage is a self contained cottage sleeping up to nine people is five bedrooms. A perfect location to visit the wonderful city of Cambridge, rural location a couple of minutes from the market town of St.Neots and its train station . Three rooms are en-suite with the other two sharing the main bathroom. Room 1 is a single downstairs en-suite room with a 4ft double bed. Room 2 is a king bedded downstairs en-suite room. Room 3 is a upstairs king en-suite room. Room 4 is king bedded room and Room 5 is a twin bedded room. Room 4 and 5 share the main bathroom
There is a parking for up to four cars in the Courtyard and a great garden with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. You walk into a welcoming farmhouse kitchen with ample storage, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is seating for nine around the farmhouse dining table and corner sofa with a TV on the wall. This leads through to the lounge with two sofa's and french doors to the garden and tv on the wall.. All the rooms have flat screen Freeview Tv's. The rooms can be made up as you would like we just ask that you advise how you would like the cottage to be made up when you have booked.

Courtyard Cottage
Courtyard Cottage is a sister cottage too Whitehouse Cottage in Great Paxton. Sleeping six people in three en-suite rooms. There are two double bedded rooms and a twin bedded room. All rooms are en-suite with rainfall showers. There is wooden floors throughout.In the lounge/dinning/kitchen area there is a table and chairs for six and leather sofa. With parking for up to three cars in the Courtyard. Outside is a BBQ and rattan table and chairs. This ia a Ideal base for exploring St.Neots, Huntingdon and Cambridge. All linen and towels are included in your stay. There is also FREE BT Wifi
The cottage was built in 2010 and blends nicely with the original building dating back to 1830. Totally self contained with a cosy farmhouse kitchen with seating for six people.
Being self contained all the space in the cottage is for you to enjoy

River View House - St Neots
River View House is located in the heart of St Neots over looking Hen brook with fantastic views of St Mary's church and St Marys Street. This two bedroom house is moments from the centre of St Neots and our other properties Marina Heights and River Terrace. Sleeping up to four people in a king and double bedded rooms this house is ideal for exploring St Neots, Old Eynesbury and the River Great Ouse. Fresh, modern styled property with enclosed garden and parking.
